Doesn't have the name sake like Ted Drewes BUT does have just as good or better ice cream. You get A LOT for your money. Haven't came across a menu item I didn't like. A MUST if you like ice cream.

Deep fried tacos for $2.50 daily or $2 on thursdays. Fridays all sandwiches are $5. Tuesdays are $1 for the following: ice cream sodas, slushes, novelties, mini burgers, mini chickens, and fries. The tacos are excellent; the shakes are good if you get the right flavor. Not sure what the deal is with the iceberg though, like a shake with an added chunk of vanilla ice cream on one side... Place is Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

I was told about this place from some friends and decided to check it out a couple of weeks ago...WOW! For an "ice cream" place its GOOD! I actually ordered food from there and I gotta say its excellent and cheap! Ordered the Italian beef sandwich, cheese sticks, mini tacos, and fried pickles. Yeah I know real healthy huh? It was the first time I ever tried a fried pickle and it was sooooooooo good! Customer service was great, had to pull up to the lot and wait a minute for them to cook the food...but for what i got I don't mind! Definitely worth a stop! I try the ice cream next time...they have all kinds of coffee drinks too!

OK, if you live in the area, I STRONGLY suggest you get here and try this ice cream. Cause it is ridiculously good. I'm not sure if they consider it a frozen custard or not, but the texture is very thick and dense and comes in FRENCH (or for you patriots, "freedom") vanilla, chocolate, or a swirl. And I cannot, I mean canNOT stress just how delicious it is. Hands down my favorite ice cream. Hands down. As far as assortment of treats, they have your standard sundaes, cones, milkshakes, etc. And then they have the iceberg, which is a shake of your choice with an ICEBERG of french vanilla ice cream in the middle. And it is amazing. I definitely do not recommend getting a size larger than a small. I was brave and got a medium once. It was a terrible decision. Not terrible.....just.... well, it tasted good..... but my stomach hated me. But I don't regret it!
